About Me
One morning, I looked in the mirror when I was 12 and saw a pale skinny kid. That moment led me to personal growth, success in high school and collegiate football. I was fortunate enough to play on a 2 time national championship team while in college.
Once I finished college, I did a stint in the US Air Force where my leadership abilities were first recognized. After the service, I began my professional career in personal training and committed to the time required to complete a degree in Management and Leadership (with honors) from Kennesaw State University. Today, I hold National Certifications and 19 years’ experience in personal training.
What have I learned?
The key is well planned and executed physical training, proper nutrition, physical and mental discipline.
My goal for you will be to achieve the success you seek which will positively affect your entire life and future.
